Some problems when compared to Desktop version
1) The app is set to 15 minutes before sunset (for shabat and yamim tovim), and its not possible to set to other costums (18 or 20 minutes before sunset); 2) Most of Hebrew calendars, when using date conversion, it returns to today with a little shake. In iKaluach we have to go back manually; 3) it would be good if iKaluach could be synched with iPhone calendar.
Makes Me Happy
This app is great because it does exactly what it is supposed to do, i.e. gives you the days event and time info, and it does it in a clear way that is nice to look at and that is easy to access and set.
Does the job.
Lets me see current Hebrew date on gregorian cal & vice versa. It also has a lot of good features and the developer keeps it up to date.
Kaluach
I recently heard about iKaluach. Seeing it was a throwback to my Palm Pilot days! Glad to see it again on the iOS platform. I like the Zmanim and Limmud (Yomi) info connected to the day. Monthly calendar interface is familiar and I like the date lookup function. Glad to see the 12 hour format support as Im never sure what time "17:43" really is.
App crash
Since the last version, this app is crashing immediately when I launch it. iPod touch 4th iOS 6.
